# Farsoon: The National Investment and Venture Capital Fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.2% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Farsoon (688433.SH) has recently received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from its shareholder, Guotou Chuangye Fund, which holds more than 5% of the company's shares. Due to the shareholder's own funding needs, Guotou Chuangye Fund plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.1117 million shares within three months after the announcement date, through centralized bidding and block trading. The number of shares to be reduced accounts for no more than 2.2% of the company's total share capital
