# Pansoft's senior executives plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 0.7% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Pansoft (300996.SZ) announced that the company's directors and senior management, Lin Guoqiang, Feng Xuewei, and Zhang Tingbing, collectively hold 39.3326 million shares of the company, accounting for 14% of the total share capital (the total share capital is calculated after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account, which is 280,876,048 shares). They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.9575 million shares (accounting for 0.7% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting fifteen trading days later
