According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dare Auto (300473.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Shanghai Wuxu Asset Management Co., Ltd. - Wuxu Value No. 15 Private Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxu No. 15 Fund") holds 12.3511 million shares of the company (accounting for 8.18% of the company's total share capital). The Wuxu No. 15 Fund plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3 million shares (accounting for 1.987% of the company's total share capital) through block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure
