# Sino Wealth: Controlling shareholder plans to change company control, trading will be suspended starting tomorrow

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sino Wealth (300327.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Weilang International Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weilang International"), is planning matters related to the change of the company's control rights, which may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. To ensure fair information disclosure, avoid abnormal fluctuations in the company's stock price, and protect the interests of a wide range of investors, the company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for a suspension of its stock trading starting from June 9, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
