According to incomplete statistics, as of the time of publication, this week, 27 A-share listed companies, including Chuangye Heima, Kidswant, Zhejiang Linuo, Youfa Group, Sanjia Technology, Dongmu Co., Ltd., Aopu Mai, Guokewei, Insai Group, Maipu Medical, Haitai Development, Metro Design, Shangluo Electronics, Kingsoft Office, Huamao Technology, Fiyada, Guangku Technology, Bangji Technology, Milkway, Sukang Agricultural Development, Dadi Ocean, Yingte Group, United Photonics, Cixing Co., Ltd., Feilingge, Lvtong Technology, and Guangdong Construction Engineering, have disclosed the latest announcements on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring progress. Among them, Kidswant announced on June 6 that it plans to acquire 100% equity of Siyu Industrial through its holding subsidiary, with a transaction price of 1.65 billion yuan
