# yyfp's subsidiary Chengtong Carbon Sink won the bid for the forestry carbon sink cooperation development project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yueyang Lin Paper (600963.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengtong Carbon Sink Management (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (“Chengtong Carbon Sink”), recently received a letter from Changning Yuhua Agricultural Co., Ltd. regarding the results of the investment promotion, becoming the selected unit for the forestry carbon sink resource cooperation development project in Changning County.

The announcement shows that the existing forestry land area in Changning County, Yunnan Province, is 3.5537 million acres (data source: the project investment promotion announcement). The project development scope includes all forest land that meets national policy requirements and can be used to apply for forestry carbon sink projects under the China Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (CCER) or other international voluntary emission reduction project mechanisms (various types of forest land involved in forest management projects), with the actual area and scope subject to the final approval and verification of the project
