Kingswood Education announced that major shareholder Ma Liangming, who holds more than 5% of the shares, will reduce his holdings by a total of 3.58 million shares through centralized bidding from September 30, 2024, to June 9, 2025, accounting for 1.0877% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, his shareholding ratio will decrease from 8.9991% to 7.9114%. The implementation of this reduction plan will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and future ongoing operations
