HUILONG: Controlling shareholder pledges 4.1 million shares to supplement liquidity
HUILONG announced that its controlling shareholder, Anhui HUILONG Investment Group Co., Ltd., has pledged 4.1 million shares, accounting for 1.15% of its holdings and 0.43% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is June 6, 2025, and the pledge expiration date is June 5, 2026, with the pledgee being Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. This pledge is intended to supplement working capital. As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder has cumulatively pledged 105 million shares, accounting for 29.29% of its holdings and 11.06% of the company's total share capital
