# The controlling shareholder and actual controller of HONGYUAN ELECTRONICS plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.3 million shares of the company

According to the announcement from HONGYUAN ELECTRONICS (603267.SH), due to its own funding needs, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Zheng Hong intends to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 1.3 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading, which does not exceed 0.5626% of the company's total share capital; the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and vice chairman Zheng Xiaodan intends to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 1 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading, which does not exceed 0.4327% of the company's total share capital. The aforementioned shareholders' reduction period is within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited according to the relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange)
