# GETO's subsidiary signs overseas project contract involving an amount of approximately 142 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitex New Materials (300986.SZ), recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary GETO GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION TECH MALAYSIA SDN.BHD. (hereinafter referred to as "Malaysia Zhitex") signed a subcontract for the main infrastructure works of certain sections of a commercial project with CHINA CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (S.E.A) MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as "Malaysia China Construction (Southeast Asia)"). The company will provide a comprehensive service plan for infrastructure construction for the project. Based on the contract quotation calculation, the total contract amount is 83.5 million Malaysian Ringgit, approximately 142 million RMB
