# JSAC: Fuhua Technology plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Jiangshan Co., Ltd. (600389.SH), Fuhua Technology plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 12.9195 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure of the reduction plan announcement due to its own funding needs. Additionally, the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding within any consecutive 90 calendar days shall not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, and the total number of shares reduced through block trading within any consecutive 90 calendar days shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital
