Boss Soft announced that Xiao Yong, a director and senior management personnel holding 2.37% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.65 million shares, accounting for 0.22% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from the fifteenth trading day.
