# HANJIA DESIGN: Director Ye Jun plans to reduce his holdings by 0.1577% of the company's shares

HANJIA DESIGN announced that the company's director Ye Jun holds 1.4238 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.6307% of the company's total share capital. Ye Jun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 356,000 shares, or no more than 0.1577% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement date, through centralized bidding or block trading. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices. Mr. Ye's previous commitments are consistent with this planned reduction, and the implementation of this reduction plan will not lead to a change in the company's control
