# RYC: The upper limit for the share repurchase price has been adjusted to 88.40 yuan/share

RYC announced that the upper limit for the share repurchase price will be adjusted from RMB 30.22 per share to RMB 88.40 per share, which does not exceed 150% of the average stock price of the company over the 30 trading days prior to the board's resolution. Other details of the share repurchase plan remain unchanged. The total amount of funds to be used for this share repurchase is not less than RMB 100 million and not more than RMB 200 million
