# BHPCC establishes a wholly-owned subsidiary, mainly engaged in IDC, AIDC intelligent computing center liquid cooling management system overall solutions

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BHPCC (300839.SZ) announced that, with the approval of the chairman, it has agreed to use its own funds of RMB 5 million to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuxi Jizhi Liquid Cooling Technology Co., Ltd. Recently, this wholly-owned subsidiary has completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Data Bureau of Huishan District, Wuxi City.

It is reported that the main business direction of this wholly-owned subsidiary is to provide overall solutions for IDC and AIDC intelligent computing center liquid cooling management systems. The main products include GPU computing power server liquid cooling systems, liquid cooling components for computing power center machine rooms, liquid cooling oil, cooling liquids, liquid cooling cabinets (cold plates and immersion types), outdoor cooling machines for cooling towers, and other thermal management overall systems, as well as corresponding hardware equipment, group control software, project implementation engineering, and maintenance services. The establishment of this subsidiary will help further optimize the company's business structure and expand the company's business layout
