Comens Materials announced that Chairman Wang Ziping plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.7103 million shares through block trading or centralized bidding, accounting for 0.40% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Wang Ziping holds 6.8413 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.59% of the company's total share capital. Vice President Chen Xinghua plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 47,120 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period will be within three months after fifteen trading days from the announcement date, specifically from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
