# CEN PLAZA HOTEL's subsidiaries Shenzhen Jiuli and Shenzhen Great Wall Guohua Co., Ltd. have signed a service agreement with Shenzhen Great Wall Guohua Asset Management

According to the announcement from CEN PLAZA HOTEL (08315), on June 10, 2025, Shenzhen Jiuli (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Shenzhen Great Wall Huiri Equity Investment (a company in which Mr. Song holds a 90.90% stake) (collectively referred to as the service providers) entered into a service agreement with Shenzhen Great Wall Huiri Asset Management (as the service recipient) to provide one year of asset management services from June 10, 2025, to June 9, 2026 (inclusive of both start and end dates)
