According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JTL (300091.SZ) announced that on June 10, 2025, it received a "Approval" \[(2025) Su 06 Po Shen 22\] delivered by the Intermediate People's Court of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province ("Nantong Intermediate Court"), permitting the company to borrow a total of no more than 200 million yuan during the pre-restructuring period, with the borrowed funds specifically used to cover necessary expenses for maintaining production and operation
