# A fire accident occurred in Workshop 109 of Jiangxi Yangfan, a subsidiary of Yangfan New Materials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yangfan New Materials (300637.SZ) announced that around 8 PM on June 9, 2025, a fire occurred in Workshop 109 of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Yangfan New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangxi Yangfan").

After the incident, the company immediately activated its emergency response plan, quickly took measures to evacuate personnel, and fully cooperated with local fire departments to implement on-site firefighting and rescue operations. With the joint efforts of local fire emergency and other departments, the relevant fire situation has been brought under control and extinguished. The incident resulted in one employee suffering minor burns, who has been sent to the hospital for proper treatment and is not in life-threatening condition. The incident did not cause any leakage of toxic or harmful chemicals, did not result in environmental pollution, and did not lead to secondary disasters. Currently, the specific cause of the fire accident is under investigation and verification
