3ONEDATA announced that its shareholder Suqian Juyoucheng Management Consulting Partnership reduced its holdings by 1,053,900 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 0.95% of the company's total share capital, with the equity change reaching the 1% threshold. Juyou Consulting's shareholding decreased from 10,952,000 shares to 9,898,100 shares, with the proportion of total share capital decreasing from 9.92% to 8.97%. This equity change is part of the previously disclosed share reduction plan, does not trigger a tender offer, will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
