# KUTESMART: Authorized management to initiate preparations for overseas issuance of shares and listing in Hong Kong

KUTESMART announced that the company will hold the 12th meeting of the fourth board of directors on June 10, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to authorize the management to initiate the preparation work for the overseas issuance of shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This move aims to further advance the company's global strategic layout, create an international capital operation platform, and enhance capital strength and overall competitiveness. Specific implementation details have yet to be determined and need to be submitted for review by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting, as well as obtaining the filing, approval, and/or authorization from relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies
