# Sling: Supervisor Yang Shunjie plans to reduce his holdings by 0.0376% of the company's shares

Sling announced that the company's supervisor Yang Shunjie holds 435,000 shares of the company, accounting for 0.2727% of the company's total share capital. Yang Shunjie plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 60,000 shares, accounting for 0.0376% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. The reason for the reduction is the personal funding needs of the shareholder, and the shares to be reduced are from those acquired before the company's initial public offering. Mr. Yang Shunjie has strictly fulfilled his commitment to the share lock-up period, and the implementation of this reduction plan will not lead to a change in the company's control
