# Bichamp Cutting Technology's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.13%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bichamp Cutting Technology (002843.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., which holds 19.07% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.5521 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital). Mr. Yang Qianxun, a director and senior executive, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 315,000 shares (accounting for 0.13% of the company's total share capital, not exceeding 25% of his total shareholding) through block trades and/or centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure of this announcement, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
