# Qifeng New Material: Li Xuefeng resigns as chairman, Liandong Li takes over

On June 11th, Qifeng New Material announced that due to age reasons, Li Xuefeng applied to resign from the position of Chairman of the Sixth Board of Directors of the company, while continuing to serve as a director of the company. Due to work adjustments, Li Andong applied to resign from the positions of General Manager and Vice Chairman of the company, while continuing to serve as a director of the Sixth Board of Directors and a member of the special committee. Zhu Hongsheng applied to resign from the position of Vice General Manager due to reaching the statutory retirement age. Due to personal health reasons, Li Wenhai applied to resign from the positions of director of the Sixth Board of Directors and Vice General Manager of the company. After deliberation and approval at the 13th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors, Li Andong was elected as the Chairman of the company, Li Xuefeng was elected as the Vice Chairman, and Li Runsheng was appointed as the General Manager of the company
