# Two shareholders of Fengyuzhu plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% in total

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Fengyuzhu (603466.SH) announced that within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, Mr. Li Hui will reduce his shareholding by no more than 11.8957 million shares through block trading, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital; Ligou Investment will reduce its shareholding by no more than 5.9478 million shares through centralized bidding trading, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital
