# JSCN: Shijing Cheng Communication plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.38% of shares

According to the announcement from Jiangsu Cable (600959.SH), within three months after the announcement date, Jingcheng Communication intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 18.8027 million shares, accounting for 0.38% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of reduction and will not be lower than the closing price of the stock on the trading day prior to the reduction announcement
