# ST Power New Energy plans to repurchase shares worth between 10 million and 20 million yuan

According to the announcement from ST Power New Energy (688184.SH), based on the "Stock Price Stabilization Plan of Zhejiang Power New Energy Co., Ltd. within three years after the company's stock listing" (referred to as the "Stock Price Stabilization Plan"), the company plans to repurchase its shares through centralized bidding (referred to as the "Fifth Phase Share Repurchase") to stabilize the stock price. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 10 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 20 million (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 13.88 per share, which will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives
