E-Soul's actual controller Hu Jianping plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, E-Soul announced that on June 11, 2025, it received a "Shareholder Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from one of its actual controllers, Chairman and General Manager Hu Jianping. Mr. Hu plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 4.8906 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, due to personal funding needs
