# DHL: Controlling shareholder Gan Dehong reduced his holdings by 1.2840% of the company's shares

DHL announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Gan Dehong, reduced his direct holdings of the company's shares by a total of 1.2285 million shares through block trading from June 5, 2025, to June 11, 2025, accounting for 1.2840% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, the proportion of shares held by Gan Dehong and his concerted parties decreased from 67.3870% to 66.1030%, and this change in equity touched an integer multiple of 1%. Mr. Gan's reduction in holdings comes from shares he held prior to the company's initial public offering and listing
