# REACH NEW HLDGS completed the placement of a total of 204 million shares, netting approximately HKD 20 million

According to the announcement from REACH NEW HLDGS (08471), it has completed the implementation scheduled for June 11, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 204 million placement shares to eleven independent subscribers, accounting for (i) 19.96% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to the placement; and (ii) approximately 16.64% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement after the issuance of the 204 million placement shares, with a placement price of HKD 0.1 per placement share.

The total amount raised from the placement and the net proceeds are HKD 20.4 million and approximately HKD 20 million, respectively
