# Xinhao Photoelectricity Technology: Shareholder Liang Guohao's 6.1507 million shares were judicially auctioned

Xinhao Photoelectricity Technology announced that Liang Guohao, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, will have 6.1507 million shares judicially auctioned on the Taobao judicial auction network platform from June 9 to 10, 2025. The bidder Li Yantao won the shares for 104 million yuan, accounting for 26.96% of Liang Guohao's holdings and 3.64% of the company's total share capital. After the auction, Liang Guohao's shareholding decreased from 22.8144 million shares to 16.6637 million shares, with the shareholding ratio dropping from 13.48% to 9.85%. The total number of shares judicially auctioned for Liang Guohao and his concerted actors is 6.7807 million shares, accounting for 25.50% of their holdings and 4.01% of the company's total share capital. This judicial auction will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's production and operation, but the final transaction will be subject to the auction transaction ruling issued by the People's Court of Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Subsequent steps will also involve the payment of the remaining auction amount and the transfer of equity, and the outcome remains uncertain
