# DAJY's subsidiary Yasha Co., Ltd. has terminated its listing on the New Third Board

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, DAJY (002030.SZ) has announced that its subsidiary Zhuhai Yasha Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yasha Shares") has received a letter from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. regarding the approval for the termination of Yasha Shares' listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system (Letter No. \[2025\] 807), agreeing to the termination of Yasha Shares' listing.

As of now, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou DAJY Technology Co., Ltd. holds 9.2095% of Yasha Shares. According to the announcement from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd., the specific termination date for Yasha Shares' listing is June 10, 2025, and Yasha Shares is currently processing subsequent procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Beijing Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited
