# MEILI CLOUD shareholder China Metallurgical Paper Industry has been applied for bankruptcy reorganization

According to the announcement from Meili Cloud (000815.SZ), the company recently learned that its shareholder, China Metallurgical Paper Group Co., Ltd., has been applied for bankruptcy reorganization by creditors to the Zhongwei Intermediate People's Court.

As of the announcement date, China Metallurgical Paper Group Co., Ltd. holds 79.131 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.38% of the total shares. All of its shares are subject to judicial freezing, and 50% of its shares are pledged. China Metallurgical Paper Group Co., Ltd. received a notice from the Zhongwei Intermediate People's Court on June 11, 2025 \[(2025) Ning 05 Bankruptcy Application No. 1\], indicating that creditors have filed for bankruptcy reorganization of China Metallurgical Paper Group Co., Ltd
