# Berry Genomics: Controlling shareholder Mr. Gao Yang has been subject to compulsory execution of 3.5352 million shares

Berry Genomics announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Mr. Gao Yang, defaulted on the stock pledge repurchase business conducted by Guosen Securities. The Chengyu Financial Court ruled to forcibly liquidate no more than 3.5352 million shares of "Berry Genomics" held by Mr. Gao Yang, with the deadline for enforcement set for July 10, 2025. Recently, Mr. Gao Yang has been forced to execute a total of 3.5352 million shares of the company, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. The price range for the forced execution of shares through centralized bidding is between 12.59 yuan/share and 14.84 yuan/share. As of the date of this announcement, the total shareholding ratio of the company's controlling shareholder, Mr. Gao Yang, and his concerted actor, Ms. Hou Ying, has changed from 11.99% to 11.95%
