# Sands China Ltd. completes the full redemption of the 2025 notes and the delisting of the 2025 notes

> Sands China Ltd announced that it has completed the redemption of all outstanding 2025 notes on June 11, 2025, and has applied for the delisting of the notes on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the delisting expected to take effect on June 20, 2025

According to the announcement from Sands China Ltd. (01928), all outstanding 2025 notes have been fully redeemed as of June 11, 2025 (U.S. time) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the 2025 notes indenture. Therefore, there are no outstanding 2025 notes. The company has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the delisting of the 2025 notes. The delisting is expected to take effect at the end of trading hours on June 20, 2025
