# Trip.com customer service responds to queue failure: Most products have been booked, it is recommended to try changing the network

In response, Trip.com's customer service stated that the concert event was extremely popular, with too many users online trying to grab tickets at the same time. Most products have already been fully booked, and users are advised to try changing their network and refreshing multiple times
