# Red Avenue New Materials plans to transfer its 12% equity stake in Suzhou Jucui for 36 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Red Avenue New Materials (603650.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer 12% of its equity in Suzhou Jucui Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Jucui") to Suzhou Aikelong Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Aikelong") for a transfer price of RMB 36 million.

After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Suzhou Jucui. This transaction is beneficial for integrating and optimizing the company's asset structure, further enhancing the liquidity and efficiency of the company's assets, increasing working capital, and promoting the company's steady development
