# Hengbo Holdings plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan for 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hengbo Holdings (301225.SZ) has released the draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan. This incentive plan intends to grant a total of no more than 1,113,750 shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for 1.08% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the draft plan. Among them, the initial grant is 996,000 shares, with a reserved grant of a total of 117,750 shares. Specifically, the company plans to grant 588,750 shares of the first category of restricted stock and 525,000 shares of the second category of restricted stock to the incentive recipients.

The initial grant price for the first category of restricted stock in this incentive plan is RMB 43.13 per share, and the grant price for the second category of restricted stock is RMB 51.75 per share. The validity period for the first category of restricted stock is from the completion date of the grant registration of the first category of restricted stock until the date when all restrictions on the granted first category of restricted stock are lifted or repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months; the validity period for the second category of restricted stock is from the grant date of the second category of restricted stock until the date when all granted second category of restricted stock vests or becomes invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
