# NBOND's certain directors and supervisors plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 641,400 shares in total

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, NBOND (603238.SH) has announced that due to personal funding needs, some directors, supervisors, and senior executives of the company: Gong Jinrui, Wang Gang, Lu Nianfen, and Zhang Changchun plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, not exceeding 380,900 shares, 217,500 shares, 25,300 shares, and 17,700 shares respectively, all of which do not exceed 25% of their total shareholding. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction
