According to the articles of association of Zhihe Pharmaceutical, the shareholders approved the decision to distribute a cash dividend of 15 million yuan to the company, with the remaining undistributed profits carried forward to future years. The company has received the aforementioned dividend, and this income will increase the net profit of the parent company's financial statements for the year 2025, but will not increase the net profit of the consolidated financial statements. Therefore, this dividend matter will not affect the overall operating performance of the company for the year 2025
