# Sunshine Circuits' subsidiary paid an additional tax of 9.3301 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sunshine Circuits (300739.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiujiang Sunshine Circuits Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jiujiang Sunshine") recently received a "Tax Treatment Decision" from the Third Inspection Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation of Jiujiang City. Jiujiang Sunshine needs to pay a total of 7.0855 million yuan in corporate income tax, value-added tax, property tax, and other related taxes from 2021 to 2023, along with a late fee of 2.2445 million yuan (subject to actual payment), totaling 9.3301 million yuan. This does not involve administrative penalties. Jiujiang Sunshine has prepaid a total of 7.0852 million yuan in taxes in March and May 2025 and will pay the remaining late fees according to the provisions of the "Tax Treatment Decision."
