According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, JINGJIA MICRO (300474.SZ) announced that the company's senior management personnel, Mr. Liu Peifu, intends to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7,400 shares (accounting for 0.0014% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (the window period will not reduce holdings)
