Zesum announced that the shareholding reduction plan of shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares and directors Ji Leyu, Ji Leqiang, Ji Lexian, and specific shareholder Ji Xianhui has been terminated early. The reduction period was from May 30, 2025, to June 11, 2025, with a total reduction of 1.2453 million shares, accounting for 0.9677% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Ji Leyu holds 6.86 million shares, accounting for 5.3310% of the total share capital; Ji Leqiang holds 6.618 million shares, accounting for 5.1430% of the total share capital; Ji Lexian holds 6.6127 million shares, accounting for 5.1388% of the total share capital; Ji Xianhui holds 1.704 million shares, accounting for 1.3242% of the total share capital. This reduction plan complies with relevant laws and regulations and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
