According to the announcement from Jinma Rides (300756.SZ), Mr. Zeng Qingyuan, the company's deputy general manager and board secretary, who holds 0.68% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 269,500 shares (accounting for 0.17% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this reduction plan pre-disclosure announcement
