MEDISAN announced that the company's director, vice president, and board secretary Liang Yanfei plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 202,200 shares, accounting for 0.0639% of the company's total share capital; director Zhu Zihong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 25,000 shares, accounting for 0.0079% of the company's total share capital; and chief financial officer Zhao Zhicheng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 25,000 shares, accounting for 0.0079% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal financial needs, the method of reduction is centralized bidding trading, and the reduction period is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
