As of the announcement date, Mr. Lü Yi holds 847,300 shares of the company, accounting for 0.14% of the total share capital. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 211,800 shares, accounting for no more than 0.03% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date
