# TECHSEM plans to change control rights and will be suspended from trading starting June 13

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TECHSEM (300046.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiangyang Xinyi Yuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyi Yuan") and its actual controller, Mr. Xing Yan, are planning matters related to the change of the company's control rights, which may lead to a change in the actual controller of the company.

After the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, its stock will be suspended from trading starting from June 13, 2025 (Friday), and the suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days
