Collective Audience ( (CAUD) ) has provided an announcement.

On June 6, 2025, Collective Audience, Inc. entered into an Equity Purchase Agreement with NYIAX, Inc., under which NYIAX will acquire all issued and outstanding capital stock of The Odyssey S.A.S. (BeOp) and all equity interests in DSL Digital LLC.
