According to the announcement from DHCT (600844.SH), the company has changed its registered and office address from Danyang City, Jiangsu Province to Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia. As the company primarily engages in production and business activities through its holding subsidiary Tongliao Jinmei Chemical Co., Ltd., the company's controlling shareholder has proposed to change the company name from "Dahua Chemical Technology Co., Ltd." to "Inner Mongolia Jinmei Chemical Technology Co., Ltd."
