# Career International plans to transfer 55% equity of its subsidiary Tianjin Zhirui

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Career International (300662.SZ) announced that Tianjin Tianbao Human Resources Co., Ltd. ("Tianbao Human Resources") intends to purchase 55.00% equity of Tianjin Zhirui Human Resources Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the target company" "Tianjin Zhirui") held by the company's controlling subsidiary Beijing Rongrui Chengtong Financial Service Outsourcing Co., Ltd. for cash of 41.96 million yuan.

The announcement stated that in order to align with the company's overall strategic planning, combined with the company's operational regional layout, to create regional ecological advantages, and to optimize resource allocation, improve the efficiency of asset operation and utilization, the company has prudently decided to transfer part of the equity of Tianjin Zhirui in accordance with its existing development strategy and market changes. This equity transfer is expected to have a positive impact on the company's investment returns, while safeguarding shareholder rights, reducing investment risks, and aligning with the long-term development interests of the company
